On May 28, 2020, the Third Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress voted to pass the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China, which will come into force on January 1, 2021. The "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China", known as "the encyclopedia of social life", is the first law named after the code in New China, and is a major achievement of my country's socialist rule of law in the new era. It is included in the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. It is a basic law that consolidates the foundation, stabilizes expectations, and benefits the long-term.
In order to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech on the promulgation and implementation of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code") at the 20th collective study of the 19th Central Political Bureau, and solidly promote the implementation of the "Civil Code" , to effectively improve the legal awareness and legal literacy of managers and employees. On September 15, Huaweina Company organized all party members and cadres to study the "Civil Code", creating a consistent and strong law-learning atmosphere throughout the company.
All the staff learned the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech on "Fully Understanding the Significance of Promulgating and Implementing the Civil Code and Better Protecting the People's Legal Rights and Interests in accordance with the Law" and the new content of the "Civil Code". The study, compliance, and maintenance of the company have set an example, and the publicity and implementation of the "Civil Code" has been deeply involved in various departments and teams of the company. At the same time, the company also uses bulletin boards, LED display screens, TVs and other media to publicize the "Civil Code", which is convenient for employees to learn anytime and anywhere, and maximizes the scope of legal publicity.
In the future, the company will continue to carry out the publicity and education work of the "Civil Code", promote the integration of the "Civil Code" into the daily life of employees, guide the masses to develop awareness of consciously abiding by the law, form the habit of finding the law when encountering problems, and cultivate the awareness of relying on the law to solve problems and ability.
